It absolutely can!

A book can be a fundamental and powerful component of your marketing strategy. And for these very reasons, I have recently launched my first book on the Amazon platform.

For those of you who know me, my main business is property investing and after over 18 years honing my craft, I felt it was time to put my experiences down in print and share my knowledge with others, both long-term investors who might have lost their way and also new people who are entering the market and looking to build their own wealth producing property portfolio.

It turned out to be harder than I thought and took me longer than anticipated but now my book, Painless Property Investing, has been launched and, in the first week, has picked up over 400 sales and I’m very happy with that. I will be using it as a marketing tool at future property and business networking events and I have already had some emails from people asking for my help at the start of their property journey.

And one extra side effect of writing and marketing a book is that I have discussed the concept with John and Randy and will be producing, alongside my book, a course on Amazon marketing giving me yet another potential source of income. And I can also see the benefit of producing a short cource on property investing based around the concepts raised in my book.

In summary, a well-conceived book aligns with your marketing objectives by bolstering your credibility, expanding your reach, and fostering deeper connections with your target audience.
